I am an experienced editor with both academic training and hands-on publishing experience. I earned a degree in English and Business Administration from Gonzaga University and hold a Copyediting Certificate from UC San Diego.
Professionally, I worked as a Publishing Assistant for a small press and as the sole book editor for Active Relationships Center, copyediting books ranging from 50–300 pages. I have also developmentally edited over 50 fiction and nonfiction stories, providing detailed editorial letters with actionable feedback.
In addition to editing for others, I am currently working on my debut 85,000-word fiction thriller, giving me firsthand insight into the writing and revision process from an author’s perspective.
